CS-23 Softeners are for the professional softener of water for industries, manufactories and commercial businesses. Hard water causes the building up of lime scale deposits and can cause galvanic corrosion, clog plumbing and pipes and damage boilers, heat exchangers and machinery. Aqua Unique’s water softening system can prevent these negative effects by reducing/removing calcium, magnesium, and other metal minerals that cause water to be hard. The CS-23 Water Softeners are based on a resin and silica media and has auto or manual regeneration. It comes as a complete system with full electronic timer/volume controlled regeneration and expands the life span of pipelines, boilers, solar water heaters, air conditioners and other water containing devices.
Our high quality electrodeionization application produces ultrapure water for the semiconductor, electronics, laboratories, hospitals, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries as well as for power generation and petroleum refineries. Electrodeionization is a process that uses ion exchange resins to absorb ions from dilute water stream and then transport the absorbed ions through ion exchange membranes into concentrated water stream under the influence of an applied electro field without the uses of acid and base for resin generation. CS-51-EDI has continuous and automatic process and high water recovery. There is no chemical regeneration, no brine feed and no wastewater discharge. The application has compact design and is easy to install with minimum maintenance.

This type of treatment system ‘polishes’ the water to high purity standards and the purified water will after the process not contain any minerals, salts, bacteria or metals. We have designed our mixed bed water deionizers to keep the cation-exchange and anion-exchange resins together in one single pressure vessel. This technique assures that the purified water produced has much higher levels of purity than water made by a two-bed plant. Our CS-37 Mixed Bed is engineered to maximize the efficiency of the unit during the service and regeneration modes.
